20° C here on Wednesday, only 10° C today.
In Fahrenheit, the figures are 68°F and 20º F, so that's 68/50 which is only 36% warmer
If we use degrees K, the numbers are 293°K and 283°K, a mere 3.5% warmer.
So it is quite clear that if you don't like huge fluctuation of warmth, use degrees Kelvin.
But if you don't mind shirt sleeves one day and a thick pullover the next, stick to Celsius.
Idea based on a local radio, where I once heard an announcer, quite seriously, say it "will be twice as warm tomorrow".
