Fleeting fog patches around 0330z.  A generally cloudy first half of the night with clear periods 2300z to 0400z.  Stratus spread from the SE after 0500z and it has gradually lifted into  low stratocumulus since 0730z.  Visibility good or very good becoming moderate at times during the second half of the night, and briefly very poor around 0330z.  Surface wind NNE F2 becoming light and variable by mid evening.
