New Email and Still Looking for WIRED Members to Cheer for Female FTC Students

Hey, all.

I just sent our female FRC students a text, asking for their help:

1. Friday, Feb. 21st 6 to 6:30 at EHS Woodshop - Green Girls Rally- give the all girls team their banner and exhibit items the night before their first time at FTC State Tournament the next day. So far, I have Christina coming, Morgan to take pictures and Rita and I as adult mentors. Would love to see a few more female FRC Students come.

2. Saturday, Feb. 22nd 10 to 2 at Prior Lake High School - Support for our Female Students (Nerds and Green Girls) at FTC State Tournament. So far, Christina and Melanie are coming, Morgan is taking pictures and I'll be there as an adult mentor. Again, would love to see one or more FRC female students stop by even for a half hour or so to bring a sign ("Go Eagan Robotics ladies!" or something far more original.) Maybe an adult mentor too?

I know everyone is so busy this time of year. Just want to make sure our female students know how much we value them as a part of our team.

Morgan and I went to the Sweet Science Ice Cream tasting last Sunday and talked to the owner, Ashlee Olds. She's very eager to talk to our students at the tasting in April. No date set so as soon as I find that out, I'll post and let you know.
