Came across this guest house while searching for a location close to supermarkets the beach and local attractions The price and reviews seemed very reasonable so decided that this would be the summer accommodation for my mum dad and sister As soon as we arrived into Goa we were picked up from the Airport by a taxi driver who dropped us to the door of the guest house The pick up was arranged by the guest house management Once arriving at the guest house we were greeted by the extremely friendly staff who brought all our luggage to the rooms and answered all our questions For the price we paid I was surprised how nice and spacious the rooms were The beds were very cosy and comfortable and the toilets clean and fully equipped A few times we decided to eat our meals at the guest house s restaurant Each and every time we did we thoroughly enjoyed the food The quality and quantity of the food served was exceptional I can recommend this guest house From the brilliant service and hospitality received to their delicious food and incredibly priced rooms this guest house was a treat to stay at My family and I really loved our stay and will surely be visiting again.

Lovely Hotel Kismat Mahal., friendly staff. Located close by to the Calangute Beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and hygienic. Our stay was pleasant and hassle free. Definitely recommend anybody looking for a decent stay at a affordable price.
Loved our stay at Kismat Mahal. Friendly staff, lovely view and the room was maintained well with good hygiene. It's located roughly 5 minutes from Calangute Beach by walk and there are plenty of restaurants to chose to eat nearby. The location itself is very quiet and hassle free and loved our stay at the Hotel Kismat Mahal.. Would love to visit again next time we are in Goa. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent stay at an affordable price near Calangute Beach.

It was an great experience staying in Kismat Mahal its only memories which will be with me I will be back soon, didn't have a word with the owner but I have also heard good food is been prepared at this Hotel Kismat Mahal., for sure when I be back to Goa will come to Kismat Mahal again and i'll have food as well. Very good Hotel Kismat Mahal. at good price.. Very near to Calangute beach. Only 2 minutes walkable distance... Hotel manager is very nice & descent. Hotel is really good with courteous staff and management, close to the beach and in a way a centre point of north Goa, all in all a very good place for stay at very affordable rates, thanks for making my first Goa trip memorable. Facilities are little less, like no daily change in bed sheet or towel until customer insist.

Stayed 3 days in Feb. Rooms are OK. I stayed in non AC room. Staff is helpful. Arranged me bike as well. Location is very good. Both beach and market area is just few min walk. Room are quite calm and chill. Didn't feel the heat at all while in the room. No need for AC. Still few things need some improvement, like bathroom can be more clean there were cockroaches walking. And bedding can be more comfortable. Can't comment on food as I hadn't tried any.

Pros Spacious rooms very near to Calangute beach 7 8 minutes walk Good food and vehicles available Pick up and drop available Cons Vehicles must return before 11 pm Pick and drop too costly Power cut problems and beer not available after 11 pm.

It is very good Hotel Kismat Mahal. to budget stay, some are need improvement like TV,furniture but other is very good near beach and reach all locations from them easy. Thank you Kismat Mahal great very good.

Its a good guest house went there in Dec 2014 for my honeymoon very near by beach and market Overall its a good guest house only one problem which I faced there was the food is not good but there are market where I found out the best restaurant on the beach You find lots of water sports and the Baga Beach is just only 1 5 km from here so its very convenient for you At night you find the disco and pubs which are very cost effective.

Room was awesome in mid range and there no problem to stay with your family but some location problem is only because Hotel Kismat Mahal. kismat Mahala is aproxx 1. 3 km from Calangut beach and some AC problem AC is not working well and everything is well there

We stayed here from January 17th to 20th 2015 the location of the guest house is very good it is very near to holiday street as well as beach Guest House staff are very good and well mannered specially the Innocent The quality of the food of this guest house was very good Also not to forget mention the name of Ulhas Bhai He is really a nice gentle man who helped and guided us to visit the all the sightseeing and beautiful places of Goa.
