The Advan Porsche RZ-DF Forged Wheels is manufactured through a 4 mold form forging process (4MF). Each wheel is molded into shape under 8000 tonnes of maximum pressure to create a high density forged wheel.

Using the most advanced coating technology (4-coat 4-baking process), high quality hyper color paint is applied to Hyper Silver and Hyper Black wheels. These are then polished by a Diamond Cut Machining Process to create a premium metallic finish. With the use of Mold Form FORGED technology, ADVAN was able to create one of the strongest, yet lightest wheels on the market. ADVAN is heavily involved with motorsports series all around the world and all products are extensively tested before their release. Check out the numbers for yourself!

Scheduled for release in spring 2023, the ADVAN Racing RZ-DF2 is the highly anticipated successor to the RZ-DF, the first model in the ADVAN Racing mold-form forged line. Originally revealed at the 2022 Tokyo Auto Salon, the RZ-DF2 has undergone significant redesigns and refinements, featuring an outer rim and twin spokes that retain the original design essence. Enhancements include diamond-cut wheel centers for a more dynamic appearance and the evolution of the popular Racing Hyper Black color into Hyper Platinum Black, boosting its metallic brilliance.

The RZ-DF2 incorporates five concave types from the ADVAN Racing GT BEYOND and a barrel rim profile suitable for large brake rotors. Additionally, the "ADVAN Racing RZ-DF2 MOLD-FORM FORGED" logo is intricately engraved on the diagonally cut surface surrounding the bolt holes using advanced 3D processing technology, marking a significant advancement in both aesthetics and performance.
