Overview
Conducted over the weekend, this exciting two-day course introduces
the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and prepares you to earn an
internationally recognized "Foundations of IT Service Management based
on ITIL" certification in just 2 days! This course is specifically
designed for anyone working in IT wanting to gain knowledge in IT
Service Management best practice. Our ITIL Foundations training
teaches essentials of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and helps you
understand how your organization can benefit significantly by applying
the ITIL principles to your work environment.
About ITIL
ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) is the most widely accepted approach
to IT Service Management (ITSM) in the world. ITIL is now being
adopted and used across the world as the de-facto standard for best
practice in the provision of IT Service and is practiced by
organizations worldwide. ITSM best practices provide the organization
with a systematic approach to the planning, development, delivery and

The Trainer
Our trainer is an ITIL Certified Manager (Red Badge / ITIL Masters),
Project Management Professional, IRCA certified ISO9000/20000 Auditor
with over a decade of ITIL related experience in Service/Systems
Management. He has implemented over 200 Service, Systems and Security
Management solutions throughout the Middle East, Europe and Africa
including enterprises like Dubai Internet City, British American
Tobacco, PepsiCo among others.
The Training
We provide quality course materials and a workbook with this training
in addition to which we provide access to each student to the online
LMS (Learning Management System) for 20 days to prepare for the
examination. Our ITIL Foundations training has been consistently rated
