Reverse engineering with Wishper 200 Wind Turbine blades

Hello community,

In Kathmandu we are trying to reproduce the blade you can see in the photo attached (Wishper 200) in Qblade, in order to compare with other blade's ideal performances.

We don't have CMM available, and we think that with a plastic mold we will lose too much precision.

Any better idea ? The blade is made of plastic as you can appreciate in the photo.
