Hello Hans,
That is a very good question. From experience on what
I've seen so far, an off-the-shelf three-phase circuit breaker for
around 60A works very well. Of course, this depends on the size of
your wind turbine, the wind in the region and your budget.
I'm curious to see what others think on this subject.

details of your experience? What is the size of your wind turbine?
How much wind did you have that day? Do you have the raw data?
I am currently in Greece working on modular power
electronics for locally manufactured rural smart grids, and I
would love to test some of our technology at your place.
