# Description: We conducting a research study to analyze the cause and consequences of violence in India. The main task is to conduct text analysis on a large dataset of qualitative reports. Applicants should have prior knowledge of Python and experience in using the NLTK library. Other tasks might include web scraping, quantitative data analysis and writing brief summary reports.

# Qualifications: Undergraduate and postgraduate students in computer science or others with programing experience may apply for this position. 

# Timeline: This is a short term assignment with a timeline of 1-2 months, starting immediately, and can be extended depending on quality of work and performance.

# Benefits: This is a paid position and compensation will be discussed at the time of interview. You will work in close collaboration with a research team of political science and economics PhD students at UC Berkeley and George Washington University and we will be happy to help you out in any of your academic plans.
