Hello everyone!

As delivery models working group, we have prepared an interview guide to conduct the user survey and we would like to have your feedback. Please comment, add, correct and tell us your opinion.

Our plan for the next steps is to conduct two pilot interviews. This will help us a lot to test and improve the interview structure, flow and duration.

We have thought to arrange these pilot interviews with Kostas and Esteban, if you agree. What do you think?

Could we arrange a skype meeting in the next days with each of you? I think we will need around 2 hours for these meetings.

Great!

I think the guidelines are perfect.

You can have a pilot with us (500RPM), but I prefer if you interview Manuel instead of myself; it will also be great to get him thinking about delivery models, he has been involved with our projects for over a year now.

He's in copy so you can arrange directly with him.
