BEAM Webinar: Effective collaboration with the private sector
Date: 15 April 2015
Time: 1 - 2pm BST.
Register for the webinar!

How do programmes that use market systems approaches to reduce poverty work with businesses? In what ways do market facilitation methods differ from other kinds of private-sector development initiatives?

This webinar will explore these questions, focusing on how programmes are collaborating with firms to make market systems work better for poor people.

Our speakers:

  • Daniel Roduner (Agridea) will highlight some of the good practice emerging from a recent SDC E&I e-discussion on 'effective partnerships with the private sector'
  • Susan Maina (Kenya Markets Assistance Programme) will discuss working with agricultural input providers in Kenya, and
  • Andrew Wilson (MarketMakers) will share his experience working in the ICT sector in Bosnia.

We hope you can join us! Register here to watch the webinar online.

Or, join the webinar live in-person at our London base. Please email us at web...@beamexchange.org for more details.

You can catch up on previous BEAM webinar recordings and presentations on the BEAM Exchange website.
