We (Guillermo and me) have prepared a proposal for the Delivery Models WG project!
You can review the document and make your comments here until Sunday 10th July. Please do so! :)
Unfortunately we haven't been posting anything on this forum so far, but we will try to be much more communicative in the next period!

Reading Jon's comments, I understand that there are concerns about this proposal and I am not sure if there is time now to change the objectives of this project so that it doesn't "replicate" Zoe's work.
So I am a bit confused, are you suggesting to drop it completely?
Actually I see this project as a continuation of Zoe's work, as she hadn't managed to cover a lot of the WE organisations in her research. Our biggest challenge will be to convince people to participate in this survey.
Esteban/Kostas/Jon and anyone interested, can we have a meeting to explain to us what you are thinking about this project?
