First meeting of the new WE project on Delivery Models for SWTs

Participants: Esteban van Dam, Guillermo Pleitavino, Katerina Troullaki

Meeting Minutes
This project will be conducted by Guillermo and Katerina. We talked about the objective of the project and the general methodology that we will follow. Esteban gave us some guidance here.

Basic steps:

- prepare the proposal for our funders (Objective - Methodology - Budget and Timetable)

- prepare a questionnaire (how maintenance is carried out from a financial and social point of view, best practices, issues and how they are addressed, different delivery model of each organisation, what makes each project successful/unsuccessful in the long term)

- contact all the Wind Empowerment members and make interviews (We said it is important to try and have replies from all the members. The first set of questions may be re-adjusted after the first interviews.)

-analyse the gathered feedback and make conclusions

-present our work in the WE conference in Argentina in November

Pending actions: We asked Esteban to send us the questionnaire form of Zoe's survey. Also we will ask John for some material on the delivery models theory.
