Since I'm a simple man, I shall have simple meetings. =P

This will be easy:

1) Log into your Gmail account.

2) I'm sure you've noticed that the posts in the WE Card Project Group
are forwarded to your Gmail. Go and open one of the Project mail
threads, preferrably one that's has a lot of different posters.

3) On the far left column of the Gmail page is a chat option. When
it's time to start the meeting, type in the name of the person running
the meeting (on Saturday it will be me, so type in Ender, Furious, or
ensco...@gmail.com) into the Chat Search Bar.

4) Once you do that, a window will pop up prompting if you want to
invite me to a chat. DO it.

5) Once we get the the chat going and everyone's linked, the Gmail
chat window should save everyone's names so next time the set up will
be even simpler.

And now I get verbose for the meeting details:

6) Until I find a decent whiteboard program (Scribblar isn't cutting
it) we'll have to segway to the Files area in We Card Project Groups
to see images. Everyone is still signed in Google from Chat so it
shouldn't be too much of a hassle.

7) Meeting will be run with a loose Parliamentary Procedure: 1)
Opening/Greetings 2) Old Business 3) New Business 4) Closing. While
no one will be smacked in the head for talking about colors that clash
while the topic is the budget, focus will be given to the issue
currently brought up by the moderator/person in charge/leader/grand
poobah.

8) Choices and Differences of opinion will be put to vote. Voting
majority wins, in other words, if you disagree with something, you
have to be present at the meeting to vote against it. Voting will be
done in a reasonable play-it-by-ear style unless the situation
requires a decision be made RIGHT NOW.

9) Sub-group meetings will be run as the person in charge sees fit. As
long as progress is being made and there isn't any major personality
clashes, I'm not going to interfere (although most likely I'll be a
member of most if not all of the sub-groups, I won't be leading them).

10) As of right now, WECP has two Subgroups: Art & Design and Game
Mechanics & Writing. Melanie (His Nodle Girl) will be taking charge of
Art & Design, and we don't have anyone leading the Game Mechanics
Subgroup as of yet. E-mail me if you're interested.

11) Meeting minutes will be summarized and/or posted in a thread here
by the (sub)groups leader unless someone wishes to be Secretary (easy
job: highlight chat, cut, paste into a new thread, time and date,
DONE).

12) For all this silliness, things wil be run just strict enough to
keep ideas flowing and the meeting moving. This is the Board, for
Pete's sake, not Congress. =P

13) Official decisions of the Contributors will always be posted here
in the Group. While these decisions may be also posted on our beloved
Board. It can't be guaranteed that all the information on the Board
will be easy to find or 100% accurate. The We Card Project Group was
set up to lessen the confusion and data searching.
