“Missing dog last seen in Willamette Park near community gardens and Park st tonight 4:30pm. Possibly hit by car and/or picked up in a car driving by at that time or may have ran into the park. Medium sized mostly black with some white and brindle. His name is Digby but is wearing a blue collar that says Choco and has contact phone number. He can be shy but will likely come to you with treats 😥”
