Vegas Meeting

Hey Teams!

Hope everyone is settling into the new year nicely! I just had a few updates I wanted to share with you. As you already know, the Vegas Meeting is happening February 9th. The meeting will take place on campus at UNLV in the Student Union in room 205. The meeting is set to start at 8AM sharp. We have a lot of items to cover and talk about this year and I don't want to hold anyone any longer in the day than we have to be there. Please come prepared to talk about each item and have input to give. In addition, please have your primary and backup tournament dates ready and finalized before the meeting. If every team can have a backup weekend, the tournament scheduling will go smoothly. Jeff and I will be creating the final agenda and will send it out once it is finalized. If anyone has any questions, please let me know and I will be glad to help out.

Attached is V1 of the agenda for Saturday's meeting.

Keep an eye out, as there may be an updated version coming before Friday.

If there are specific topics you would like to have covered, please let me know early, so I can include them, otherwise we can discuss them within the framework of this agenda.

Please find an hour this week to review the bylaws we have posted on the regional website, ncwsawest.com.  There are several items we need to clean up, and your input is needed.
