Hey Guys,

My name is Jackson & I am the South Central Region Vice Chairman.  Our Chairman, Grace Kelm, and I have been working with the San Marcos River Ranch LOC to hopefully plan one of the best NCWSA Nationals to date.  I believe congratulations are in order as we are patiently awaiting your arrival to the great state of Texas!  The LOC has tasked us with coordinating volunteers to help with a variety of tasks at this years nationals, in order to hopefully make it the best and smoothest running yet.  Along with standard tournament needs, the webcast that has become a staple of NCWSA nationals requires quite a bit of man power.  In order to meet these demands and help the LOC as best we can, we are asking each team to supply two volunteers each day to give 1-2 hours of their time.  I think ideally it would be one man and one woman each day for a total of 6 per team, but it doesn't really matter as long as it's a helping hand.  The simple duties will include:

• Dock starting
• Trick Videoing
• Webcast Videoing
• Runners
• Boat Cleaners
• Hospitality 

Could you please provide names and numbers for 6 individuals so that we can reach out to them to see when they are available and what they can help with.  It would probably work best if they volunteered on a day that they weren't skiing, however, if they are we will be sure to not ask them to do anything that conflicts with their on water duties.   We just need some bodies and coordination to ensure this thing is a success. Finally, this is very flexible and if someone can't make it, its not the end of the world.  Please send the following google doc out and have your volunteers sign up.  I will be contacting them individually to find what time works best for them.  If you know of any parents, friends, "has beens", etc who also want to volunteer, have them reach out to Grace (713-297-1589), as she will be helping coordinate volunteers as well.  .
