We made it to Week 4 everyone!!

If you can please pass along the below information to your teams with a tournament this weekend, we would greatly appreciate it! Please copy us when you send! :)

Happy Week 4 Captains, Coaches, and Presidents,

Thank you to everyone for your continued patience and ability to roll with a new system and get things done as quickly as possible! 

We have a few reminders going into week 4 that will help your tournament officials and organizers hours of extra work later! Please take your time and make sure that everything is correct! Please have these spreadsheets filled out by WEDNESDAY September 27th at Midnight (MIDWEST By Noon). This is imperative to give time for your team information to get downloaded and sent to your tournament scorer so that they can build the tournament. They will then do emergency changes with you on site on Thursday/Friday. Some new tips added, please read them all and reach out with questions early!

1) You will use the SAME spreadsheet as previous, but reminder PICK YOUR TEAM AND THE TOURNEY YOU ARE GOING TO on the spreadsheet

2) Last, First is CRITICAL, please confirm that you are entering skier names this way pretty please!!

  

3) Names: MUST be proper USA WS-WS membership names. Must have proper capitalization and punctuation (IE: Von Trapp is different from VonTrapp - It matters. Max is different from Maxwell). Last, First is also CRITICAL.

4) Member Numbers: MUST be 9 digits only! For the spreadsheet to accept a member number beginning with 0, please format this way '000111222 (note the apostrophe) 

5) Division: ONLY BM BW can go in division on the B Events Tab. Only CW CM can go in division on the A Events tab

6) Capitalization and Punctuation: il chicago - use proper capitalization, please. IL Chicago

7) Non-US Based Addresses: IE: Venice, Italy, please do not input City/State for this skier. Instead email your Regional Head and CC: Christy + Emily about the skier.

8) If you need to remove a skier from your sheet you will need to delete cell by cell, the sheet will not allow you to delete the entire row of information at once. 

9) I have attached a screenshot of how a team organized their event registration tab that helped them stay organized and check themselves! Not mandatory but a suggestion to help out captains from another captain :)
