Hello Everyone!!
For those of you who do not know Students in Communications is
presenting a Philadelphia Sixers' event this semester. The event is
scheduled to be held Wednesday December 9th vs the Detroit Pistons.
The cost is $25 which includes ClubBox seats, Marc Zumoff (legendary
voice of the Sixers and Sixers icon), one to two speakers still being
determined, & a tour of the Wachovia Spectrum! The night will be a
great time!! Can't wait to see you all there!
Sign-ups began Tuesday night at our General Meeting but there are
still plenty of spots open, so sign-up while it's hot! If you are
interested sign-ups are being located in the Communications Office on
the 5th floor of Main room 512 with Andrea Daniels. Please come with
exact change for payment.
The game begins at 7oclock but due to our activities before hand & the
commute to the arena we will be leaving campus around 2pm so make sure
any classes missed are accounted for & you are excused!
There will not be transportation provided necessarily but rather we
will all be carpooling so when signing up if you could note if you
could be a driver possibly, that would be great! (We ask that all
passengers chip in a few bucks for parking and/or gas $$)
Also, the tickets will be on sale for the rest of the week into next
week before we go off for TurkeyDay break so don't fret if you don't
get one immediately but do it ASAP to confirm your spot! (Sign-ups
will continue until all spots are full, Invite your Friends!)
