Proposal for Earth Med Research

Hi Mel & Heather,


We have a sponsorship proposal for Earth Med Research. It would be our first non-profit hobby sponsorship, which means it is a bit more oversight and is not a full program, therefore does not have as much control over the money.

The primary concern is potential health coaching on the side that may need to be distanced or insured, or something. Me and Mel are going to talk about it a little more. As far as the education component that this is focusing on, it is pretty straight forward. The long term goals are more complicated, but can be postponed.

There are still some outstanding proposals from Mission Within regarding filing the report with the state.

So I’m a Yes vote on the proposal at this point. Yes - 7.4

Also our plan is to do a Temporary Executive approval until the full board is able to vote.

We have done our due diligence and everything seems good.

I have spoken with both Jay and David to address potential concerns and liabilities with this overall good cause and now can approve this proposal at this time with an 8.
