Sponsorship Proposal for Empathy Coop Art Exhibit & COVID Policy

Hi Heather,

Mel and I have approved a new Sponsorship Proposal for the Empathy Coop Art Exhibit. 

It will be our first Sponsored Art project, and Mel and I spent a long time going over everything to make sure it was all ok, and it looks good.

The Exhibit is in Reno Aug 30th to Sep 6th, and they may do more exhibits in the future.

Because it is in-person, we also have a new Policy regarding COVID-19 for in-person events that you can also vote on.

Please vote on the Sponsorship proposal and the COVID-19 Policy.

Text of new Policy:

WCTC Special Health COVID-19 Policy Regarding In-Person Events: That the WCTC Board and the City must have final approval for allowing the event to go forward. The City can cancel at any time, and the WCTC Board Membership will review and confirm a scientifically sound plan for public safety.
