Proposal: New Professional Services Policy

Hi Heather & Mel,

This is a new proposal to better clarify exactly what is included within our sponsorship services, and what requires additional paid work for programs that want to contract for professional services. There has been some confusion in the past on programs expecting more than we offer, and we are making sure moving forward that programs understand if they want more they have to pay for it.

Proposal: To approve the new policy for Professional Social Services which clearly organized the details of what services are offered within our Sponsorship Program, and Professional Services offered through paid options.
