The proposal is pretty simple.

Just to reverse the spin-off.

I agree to this. And I’m glad everything has calmed down. Ahhh :)

Dear WCTC board,

The Santa Cruz Legendary Support leadership committee has voted to do a direct reversal of the transaction for the amount of $666.07 from the Stanford concessionary program. The Santa Cruz Legendary support leadership will withdraw this exact amount from the US Bank account under the WCTC EIN number.  It has been confirmed that this will not interrupt the lawful expense of funds in that and other accounts.

Further, the Santa Cruz Legendary Support leadership committee has voted to reverse the spin off proposal and to complete spending funds that remain within the account under the WCTC EIN (minus the $666.07 which will be removed).

Warmly,

Patrick Ohslund, MA

Just confirming that this proposal was approved. And therefore spin off did not happen and was cancelled. Much simpler. Let me know if there are questions.

I believe the account and program is going to be closed pretty soon. They recently overdraft.
