Quick Proposal to finalize the approval of the BAC Board as a Joint-Board within the WC.TC Corporation. 

If they meet all criteria required to be a functional Board, they will have equal power within the corporation, and will have complete control over BAC programs, but will required joint approval with us as the WC.TC Board for decisions effecting the entire corporation.

We also will be approving the BAC Board Bylaws based on empowering them to oversee and control their own bylaws, as long as they do not usurp or are in contradiction with the WC.TC Board bylaws, Distribution of Power Bylaws, Membership Bylaws or the Articles of Incorporation. 

Proposal: To approval of the BAC Board as a Joint-Board within the WC.TC Corporation and approve their bylaws as long as they do not usurp or are in contradiction with the WC.TC Board bylaws, Distribution of Power Bylaws, Membership Bylaws or the Articles of Incorporation.
