Proposal: To approve the Official Board Letter to Evergreen Collective

Proposal: To approve the future sponsorship/cooperativeship proposal with 7.5% admin fees for Evergreen Collective, effective on the date that the new Evergreen CCC bank accounts are set up.

Proposal: To NOT approve the retroactive reimbursement of $5,XXX in its entirety.
