The doodle poll indicate that Mel and Margot (from Santa Cruz) can attend, this is how we found this date and time. 

As far as who is not attending, Erika recently had an unexpected loss so she is declining to be on the call as are Jordan and Kevin from Santa Cruz. 

So it will be Mel, Jay, Patrick and Margot on the call this Tuesday at noon.
