Hi all ...

Mixing a tonal/ colour fade with an opacity has been pretty shonky up
until CS3, while Photoshop deals with it fairly well, and it was
actually managed really well in MS Expression Blend ... but I love
Illustrator, so I want Illustrator to sort it out. Opacity masks have
their uses, but they're certainly not enough.

So, I was keen to check with you fine folk on whether CS4 (which I
haven't yet managed to play with) or the upcoming CS5 have tackled the
rather awkward Gradient & Transparencies options in Illustrator?

Cheers

Dave

Cheers anyhow, Geoff.
Anyone else on here have an inkling on this?
