The City is inviting residents to assist with assessing the issue of homelessness by completing a short survey which can be accessed here: http://goo.gl/forms/Im4uUOpR5l The purpose of the survey is for the City to gauge perceptions about homelessness in Cape Town.  It also forms part of a larger research study on street people which seeks to understand the problem of homelessness within the city.
