What time on Fri. afternoon do you want the set up people to meet to look at the dining room?

Roberta and Sue,

I plan to call in the total numbers on 7/3, before we get into the holiday weekend. By no later than 7/2, could I have the total for the boat ride and the dinner? Although Harry Close hasn't paid, to my knowledge, please include him in your count: 2 for the Sat. dinner...no boat ride. He is on the Fri. night list, and I have that list. He emailed me about this. If there are any changes in the totals between 7/2 and our weekend, please let me know so I can notify the proper people.

Gary, do you know if Jeb, Diana, and their 2 guests are attending all of the events? (Fri. night, Sat. brunch, boat ride, dinner) I never heard back about Fri. night or the Sat. brunch. If you don't know, could you ask Diana? If you would rather I just email her, please let me know so I can do it right away.
If I can't get a specific number, I'll have to tell the Holiday Inn and the Ramada the total coming, with a possibility of 4 more. The Ramada is more crucial as far as an exact total. I would prefer to give them an accurate number, if possible.

Gary, the marina will put the banners on the boat. I'll drop them off at the marina on our way to the Microtel on Fri.. I was thinking one on each side. Andy can put cardboard on the back of the second one. Then both will be matching. Do you want the large one on the front?

Status of snacks: Not many responses about this, so will order some nuts, pretzels, and chips, but not a huge amount, as most of us will have had dinner. Haven't heard back from the Holiday Inn about how much to order, so will contact them again tomorrow. I'm sure the cost won't eat up the money left over, but if we need extra money, Bill and Lennie have offered to help out with the cost.

Roberta, Gary, and Sue,

Can you think of anything else? Oh, I know one thing we need to address now. The boat capacity on the contract is 47. With Jeb and group possibly coming, are we over the number?

Hi Sandy and all.

My figures were -  dinner at 53.   I always left Jeb in with 2  (never took him out) added Harry Close for 2 making the total at  55 but just now took Billy out.  That leaves a total of 54 for dinner.

For the boat ride I had 41 (included  Jeb's 4) - took out Billy (just now) so that  leaves a total of 40.  So, we are not over the number of 47 capacity.

Good job Sandy. You are right on top of everything and I can't think of anything else to add.

Hi Sandy,
Congratulations to you on the great job you are doing. And a big thanks as well.
If Andy gets the other banner on cardboard, I would suggest just throwing away the large one. (A big thanks to Andy if he does that.)
I will try to get Diana on the phone, but you might get better results (and faster) by emailing the question to her. In any case, I have left the question on the answering machine at the cottage and at their home. If I get an answer, I will let you know immediately.

OK...Andy will dispose of the big banner.  I think it will look great to have the two matching ones.

I'm sorry I missed your phone call the other day.  By all means, we were very glad that you and Anne made time for us.  We were so pleased to accept your luncheon invitation, and thank you again for that.  I hope on your next trip to the US, we can spend more time with both of you.

I will keep you posted, as well, as to a response from the Beckers.
