Hello Sandy and all,

I ‘m with Bev and some others in that we don’t need too much snack Saturday evening.  But it might be nice to use this extra money to have something on the canal ride.   I copied the entire appetizer menu offered by the boat ride folk (see below), but I would be most interested in the veggie and fruit trays.  I’ll bet it will be hot and some refreshing food would be welcomed.

Also Abigails might provide something extra for the leftover money (approximately $278) we might have.  There was talk of a cake …or perhaps better/more ice cream

We also have appetizer trays if you want to purchase those. You can have the appetizers out at the Tiki Bar while your guests arrive, or on a picnic table, or even on the boat.  We have:

1. Veggie Trays: Large, serves 35-40 $35.00,  Medium, serves 20-25 $25.00

2. Fruit Trays: Large, serves 25-40 $37.00, Medium, serves 20-25 $28.00

3. Cheese Trays: Large; serves 16-20 $37.00, Medium, serves 12-15 $30.00

Mozzarella Sticks:

Large tray (75 pieces) $40.00 - with pizza sauce

Medium tray (45 pieces) $25.00 - with pizza sauce

Mini Pizza Bagel Bites:

Large tray (pepperoni & cheese - 140 total) $28.00

Cheddar and Bacon Potato Skins - 12 count $15.99

Pulled Pork Sliders - 1 each for party of 35 $19.99

I like Joyce's idea. Maybe we have enough money to have just a few snacks at each event. For instance fruit and veggie trays on the boat and nuts and pretzels Friday night.

I tend to agree with the veggie/fruit  deal as it might be a hot one and that would be refreshing.
