Enclosed herein is the paper on Origin and Development of Human Security. This has been published by the International Journal of Social and Behavioral Sciences Vol. 1 (9), pp. 168-187. It shall available online at http://www.academeresearchjournals.org/journal/ijsbs.

This article basically focuses on scholars’ opinions on origin and development of human security, evolution of freedom from want and fear, human security in the UN system, state and society on human security, and where does human security stand in Nepal?

It would highly be appreciated if you could distribute and/or publish this article through all possible networks.

ネパールの Bishnu Pathak さんは、自分で探して見つけて多国語版と同時にこちらにメッセージ下さる方ですが、この他にはメッセージはないようです。

上記の多国語版に統合し、ここは閉鎖したいと悩んできました。

sgi-...@googlegroups.com でおわかりの通り、最初は SGI-PEACE multilingual Mailing List と名乗っていましたが、その後 Makiguchi Millennium Peace Network、そして脱原発世界会議 1/2012 以後、 「Nuclear Free Treaty Organization 非核条約機構」 とタイトルを変えてきました。こちらはもともと公開のものですし、Bishnu さんのように自ら加わってメッセージされる方も少なくありません。英語が多くなる現状は、日本の情報社会の貧しさを反映しているでしょう。学会の平和運動 にも、研究所にもメッセージリストはありませんし (;。;..) 特に、ヒロシマ ピースサイト、The Earth Charter 地球憲章、David Krieger 氏からのものをご注目下さい。官邸メール、The White House もきますが、返信メールがそこからフォームを選んで記述できましょう。

2007年当初 ( 私がヘイネットメーリングリストを引き継いで) から、静かに読んで下さっているみなさんには、何とか互換性を引き継ぐ形でお答えしたいと思っています。この先一月足らずで移行し、
