Hi All

Oktoberfest 10s is back. Now we need to register teams. Please spread the word to people you know from other clubs. Info is on our website.

When: Sat October 7
Where: Rim Park in Waterloo
Time: 8:30 - 4:00 (Rugby)
             6:30 - ?? (Oktoberfest at Bingemans)
Cost: $500 per team payable by e-transfer to emci...@gmail.com
Teams: Limited Space (First Paid=First Registered until we are full - max 12 men, 6 women)

Team Fee Includes

• Guaranteed 3 Games 10 Aside
  
• 12 Tickets per Team for Oktoberfest (Extras are $35 each)
  
• 12 Meal Tickets for BBQ lunch
  
• Score a try - Win a Prize - Try scorers  will receive a playing card from the referee and take it to the draw table to possibly win something. (Apple schnapps, Oktoberfest Hats , shot glasses etc)

Don’t miss out on this awesome event. Please see the attached flyer for more information on accommodation etc. All teams must pay in advance and submit a team roster with registered rugby players in Ontario.
