Thanks so much to those of you who have stepped up to help out our club on this big day. 

Many hands make light work! County Family Day Schedule July 8

If you didn't get a chance to step up and help, here are two ways you can still help.

1. Park on the other side of the school so there is space in the student lot for our guests!
2. Be weary of garbage and litter around the grounds and do your part to help clean up.
3. Offer to help the crews below with their jobs.

If you are helping out here is what your crew responsibility is.

1. Set Up Crew - Set fields up Friday night - Meet at 6:00 at Bluevale. (U12 half field split into two closest to parking lot,U10 other side on left split into two fields, U8 other side on right closest to school split into two fields, U6 in goal at the end close to fitness park)
2. Meet and greet crew - Take turns at the meet table, hand out meal tickets, direct parents to fields.
3. BBQ Crew - Help Rolland unload food/ice into coolers, BBQ dogs from 11:30 - 1:00, take meal tickets.
4. Garbage Crew - Check both porta potties and replenish toilet paper from the main meet table, replace garbage bags from main meet table, full garbage bags get taken to the back of school and thrown into the dumpster.
5. Referee Crew - GET A WHISTLE, wear neutral colours, keep games on time (10 min halves with 2 min halftime) know your age grade rules Age Grade Rules Link
