The first WCRC tourney of the season is coming up fast ...

We will need your final rosters by Tues next week - Nov 1.
We need your players
- full name
- division (Mens/Womens A/B/C)
- and their ranking on the team (1st, 2nd, etc.)

TOURNAMENT START TIME
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The tournament will start promptly at 9 am, Saturday Nov. 5th.
The building opens at 8 am and if you arrive early
you can start to warm up on the courts.
We will post draws and first round start times Saturday night.
Please plan to arrive at least a half an hour before your
start time.

TOURNAMENT COSTS & FOOD
------------------------------------------------------------------------
- The tournament costs $10 - about $2 for sanctioning and racquetballs,
and the rest for food that is provided. There's generally enough food
for breakfast, lunch, and snacks all afternoon, but you may want to
bring additional food and drink.
- You must be a USRA member:
Under 21 = $25 (year long membership w/ magazine)
Over 21 = $50 (year long membership w/ magazine)
Limited one event membership = $20 (only for this event, no magazine)
NOTE: If you play most any other tourney, you will need a USRA membership.
FOR USRA MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS, EACH INDIVIDUAL MUST PROVIDE a CHECK
or CREDIT CARD information:
NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED;
NO GROUP CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- TEAM CAPTAINS MUST COLLECT MONEY IN ADVANCE FOR THEIR TEAM.
The team captain needs to have money - cash or check - for the entire team
collected and ready to submit at the start of the tournament.

We will have USRA membership forms that people can fill out at the tournament.

PARKING
Parking is available ...
- There is a parking structure right next to the gym
- 2450 Durant Ave, about 2 blocks from the courts
- 2020 Kittredge St, about 5 blocks from the courts
- On street, 2-hour limit, bring a lot of quarters and
pay attention to the time.
Lockers - People can use day lockers on a first come first
served basis and should bring their own lock as locks
often run out.
Towels - Towels are provided in the locker rooms, workout
towels are also available in the lobby - all no fee. You
should bring at least one towel of your own.

Let me know tonight if we've missed anyone. Draws and
start times will be posted later on Friday.
NO-SHOWS or deletions from the tourney after 10am Fri
morning STILL OWE $10! The money will be spent after
that. Teams will be held accountable for their no-shows.
CLARIFICATION ON USRA memberships: ... 21 _and under_ is
$25. Over 21 is $50.
YOU and GUESTS WILL NEED A PHOTO ID to fully access the
RSF facility at UC Berkeley.

based on seeding; they are grouped by school.
