Good Morning Helen

Compliments for the season.

Thank you Helen and Sharnel for the WCME dates for 2026.  I see that on the email you sent, the SAPS Museum information is not on it.  See  email below that I’ve  sent in 2025 with the topic.  Please could you update the notice you’ve sent out with the 2026 dates including our topic.

Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.

Kind Regards

We will decide around the presentation  and tour.

Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.

Dear SAPS Museum - Siboniso, Valerie, Suzette

On Tuesday at the Taalmonument, we discussed SAPS Museum possibly hosting an Educator Group meeting in 2026.

We could do:

Tuesday 23 June

Thursday 26 Oct

As you know, it is 1:30-3:30pm and you guys need to have space for 15-20 people and have someone willing to take the RSVPs and compile an attendance register. Then you guys can decide if you present something for 45mins or so and then we do a tour/show us around or if you just want to host and do the tour and we get a speaker. Up to you.

We spoke about refreshments on Tuesday and I wanted to let you know that it is totally optional. If you can provide tea/coffee/something to drink for when people arrive that is great. There is no expectation of food. A biscuit is fine or nothing 🙂 We can also ask people to bring a share. No one expects food. The meeting is the thing 🙂

Let me know your thoughts as soon as possible, and then I can find a host for the other date.

Thanks so much

Helen
