Dear students,

Just a few additional notes to the attached document:

1. You have to be able to draw a Current VSM from a data set…No VSM icons will be given..

2. You have to draw the timeline, calculate the Process Cycle Efficiency, takt time, etc.

3. It will not be expected from you to draw a Future VSM from a Current VSM, but you have to be able to draw & discuss the two primary pull systems
