−           CALCULATIONS (all sections)

3.        Theory of Constraints (TOC)

−           Scope to follow...

4.       Quality Management - Tools of quality (hand-out given in class)  

−         Multiple Choice Questions &  Applications [SEVEN BASIC TOOLS OF QUALITY & PRIORITIZATION GRID]

 

Please note the following sections are also included in the scope for the Reassessment:

Quick Changeover and SMED (see attached) AND QFD(1) & QFD(2)(to follow…)
