Hi everyone,

Tera, Allison and I made the call late last night to reschedule our workshop with CAA. While Tera had a lot of interest from possible participants in their network, the fact is that most of the key people who could help move things forward are booked next week and/or heading off for family vacations.

It was a heroic effort by all to make it happen but the good news is that we're looking at dates in September and we will be able to anchor those dates around the availability of a few key participants including Dan Palotta, Kevin Huvane and Michele Kydd Lee from CAA.

We just received word today from Adam Grant today that he too is very interested in joining! he was going to try and juggle some other commitments for next week, but as he is in the middle of settling into a new house, I imagine the new dates a bit further out will be of benefit for him as well.

Please keep the hold on your calendars for Thursday of next week for a possible working session with just the core team in SF. Scott, Lisa, John and I are meeting on Monday morning to synthesize some of the conversations we've been involved in and if it looks like we will be able to make some progress on Thursday we'll move forward.

Keith and Allison, if you are able to capture some of your key learnings from the East Coast conversations and share them out by Monday morning, that would help us frame things up for a possible work session on Thursday.

Thanks everyone,
H.

Disappointing, but not a total surprise.  We were counting on a lot of complex schedules coming together.  See you in the am at West. John
