Hi, we’re planning to implement a standard disclosure for our Mayor and City Council members listing any businesses owned/operated by the Council member and/or spouse. We’ll include that disclosure as part of our annual updates for Council, and have it available for our legal department for any conflict issues, and our audit team for their standard inquiries.
Does anyone have a similar agreement you could share?
