Reporting Entity Flowchart

Does anyone have a clean copy of the 2019 BARS GAAP Reporting Entity Flowchart that they can scan and email to me and the group?  It appears to have been deleted from the SAO website.  The one I used last year appeared to be the most up-to-date one out there a year ago and I have not found a better one this week.  My copy is marked in pen and would prefer to start with a clean copy.
