Hello, we’re converting from a bi-monthly (5th and 20th of each month) to a biweekly (every two weeks) pay cycle.

 

We’re looking for other municipalities that pay on a biweekly basis, we have some questions regarding management of deductions and accruals.

Make sure your payroll software vendor can process semi-monthly payroll reports so you can file your WA DRS pension contributions timely and accurately.  Same for WA state unemployment and worker compensation coverage.
