HSDPA CQI

Hi,

I have a query regarding the CQI fed back to the base-station from the
mobile for HSDPA. Say there are N users in the cell and U<N users are
connected to the HSDPA service. We know that the base-station does not
transmit packets to all the U users every time but schedules/selects
the U'<=U users according to the CQI feedback. My question is do all
the U users continues (may be every slot 2ms) keep sending the 5-bit
CQI on the uplink control/shared channel?
