What makes the difference ..., both are frequency domain based
methods. If you are building one over existing N/W's, that will be
MC-CDMA or if you build one from scratch, you'll make a lesser complex
OFDMA. So what is interesting in that ???

 Let me put my views on this issue. If we want to achive spectral efficiency we cant escape from the spread spectrum techniques, i.e. CDMA, but OFDM has its own advantages of being simple. But if i am right I belive that, OFDM has to be improved a lot, to provide mobility as it is today, as is seen in the future.
 
  But I belive there should be something in combination of CDMA and OFDM to achive the demands of 4G. The benifit of this combined technology is also seen in the systems like FLASH OFDM (www.flarion .com).
 
 I would to get comments on this mail, from all the group members provided u have time to spend.
