Cultural Exposure and Enrichment - TRIO-SSS projects may also provide activities of an academic or cultural nature, such as field trips, special lectures, and symposiums that have as their purpose the improvement of the participant's academic progress and personal development.
We are invited a limited number of our students to participate in the MI-CAPP SPRING 2016 student leadership summit in Lansing, Michigan. This is a three day conference with overnight stays (Friday, April 15, 2016 through Sunday, April 17, 2016). Students must be prepared to stay the entire conference. Please note while attending the conference all meals will be provided.
The Michigan College Access Programs and Personnel (MI-CAPP) brings together those persons who have an active interest in and/or are professionally involved in broadening accessibility to and providing support for success in formal, post-secondary education.
