Hi WCCC community,

Apologies for the late notice, but we’ve had to reschedule the Chico race weekend to October 18–19, 2025 due to internal university processes and city permitting timelines.

Since Cal Poly Humboldt will be our only official conference event prior to Collegiate MTB Nationals, USA Cycling has granted us a one-time exception for rider qualification. To ensure clarity and fairness, here are the three approved pathways for eligibility this year:

🟢 Competed at the Cal Poly Humboldt event as a Category A rider
🟢 Competed at 2024 Collegiate MTB Nationals
🟢 Competed in three or more Category A events during summer 2025

If you meet any of these criteria and plan to attend Nationals, please submit your information to me by Friday, October 5th at 12:00 PM. I’ll be sending out a form shortly to streamline the submission process.

If you have any questions or need clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to support you and make sure every eligible rider has the opportunity to represent their school.
