Hi everyone,
As we prepare for upcoming MTB events scheduled during the week of October 13–19, I want to make you aware of a temporary system change at USAC that may affect race preparations.
During this window, USAC's current platform for processing permit approvals, purchasing licenses, and handling upgrades/downgrades will be offline as they transition to the new Sport80 system.
Key points to share with your teams and riders:
- Anyone planning to race the weekend of October 18–19 must finalize all licensing and upgrade/downgrade requests before October 13.
- Race officials and staff will still be able to view and confirm license status during the downtime to ensure racing can proceed as planned.
