Well, this is probably my frustration; I do not believe in Nation State ideologies, but the absolute unprofessionalism of people working in important fields in India is stunning.

I am astounded at the behavior of my publisher and other people involved in arranging the seminar; the other side of it of course is the US hegemony to sponser little grants to "liberate women", quashed between the two we come back the the question "Can the Subaltern Speak?"
