BICYCLING SKILLS 123: Many of you are pretty comfortable on your bikes, but you probably have family or friends who want to be more confident as they cycle around the community.
Please let your family and friends know about these new basic bicycling skills classes organized by The Woodlands Township and Bike The Woodlands Coalition. May 3rd and May 10th. Sign up now. Classes are free.
Bicycling Skills 123 is designed for adults and teens who are not yet ready for the longer, more intense Bicycle Traffic Safety class. Students will practice basic bicycle handling drills to gain confidence on their bicycle. Students must be 15 years of age or older. All classes are taught by instructors who have been certified by the League of American Bicyclists (League Certified Instructors - LCI).
Classes are free and offered on May 3rd and 10th from 2 to 4 p.m. at Rob Fleming Park, The Promenade – east parking lot. Register at the links listed below. You will need to set up an account with The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department.
