Missing audio files

Some students reported they had some files missing. This is probably
caused by the file system of your computer. Your file system must be
NTFS. You may check the file system format by clicking Start-
>Computer, then right-click the drive that holds the Powerpoint files
and select Properties.
If your file system is FAT32, it may not read the file names correctly
(the file names have pinyin symbols). In this case you may convert the
file system to NTFS. Be sure to backup important data files before
converting.

I wonder if the problem doesn't go deeper than that. I am missing some of
the audiofiles for items on the second slide (for example "bi" with the flat
tone). I have a NTFS file system but it appears that not all of the sound
files were sent.

It isn't the NTFS file system. I think missing mp3 files are not in
the zip file to begin with.
