WCA Scramble Software (TNoodle-WCA)

Dear WCA Software Team,

I have a computer running Windows 10, and have the latest version of Java installed. I have been trying to download the scramble software on the WCA website but have not been successful; each time it downloads and then I open it and internet explorer opens and asks what I want to do with it:

Open

Save 

Save as.

I click open and then it takes me to Internet Explorer downloads, then I click open again and consequently I go round in circles.

I was wondering whether you could see any problem with what I am doing and whether  you can advise with what software should open it.

Dear Christopher

You need to choose "Save" or "Save as".

After saving the file, open the folder in which you saved and it should be possible to run it using Java.
